For Advanced Soccer Players
Welcome to the TSS Elite Development Program. TSS Academy has put together this affordable full-time 11-month program in order to help prepare young players advance to the adult game. That advancement can involve playing college/university soccer or simply playing at a higher level in the adult leagues. A select number of players are chosen to participate on one of 3 teams: the U18 Girls Elite Red, U18 Girls Elite Black, and the U18 Boys Elite. Players will train 3 times per week and compete in adult leagues.

Quality Coaching
When it comes to coaching, there are few soccer organizations in the Lower Mainland who take this as seriously as TSS Academy. The core TSS coaching staff for the Elite Development Program are full-time in the game. In other words, this is what they do for a living. Find out more.
Style of Play
Style of play is very important to TSS Academy. We believe that young players should be coached to play the game properly. Essentially that means being thoughtful with the ball and not aimlessly kicking the ball forward in the hopes of generating errors on the part of the opposition.

11-Months
The TSS Elite Development Program is comprised of 11 months of training and competitive play. This stands in contrast to most youth programs which, when consolidated, offer 8 months of training and competitive play.
